DESIGN COMMITMENT

Jerry Turner & Associates, Inc. (JTA) is a 12 person firm founded in 1967 by Jerry M. Turner, FASLA, AICP. Our challenge as landscape architects and planners is to provide comprehensive professional service in the design and planning of the elements within the developing environment. Understanding of natural systems, coupled with an understanding of the changing needs of the client suggests the appropriate framework to produce quality designs.

DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Over the past 38 years, JTA has provided comprehensive landscape architectural, master planning and site specific planning services for over 3,000 projects including parks and recreation facilities, resorts, new communities, golf courses, and commercial offices and residential developments. Our long list of successful projects underscores our ability to strike a balance between meeting the requirements of the users and sensitively integrating design into the natural environment.

DESIGN SYSTEM

Our design system is based on studios with a group small enough to ensure awareness of the overall project and large enough to provide a balance of skills. Each project is considered a success only if it is recognized as successful by the users.

DESIGN COMMUNICATION

Though firm members have varying talents and experience, they must all be adept in client communications and the project management process. The principals weave varied talents together into one operational whole. With respect to individual clients, Jerry Turner & Associates, Inc. approaches each relationship without preconceptions, seeking to make a partner of the client team.
