Client: City of Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation Department

The project objectives were reflected in the master planning and construction documents for a 100-acre park for the City of Rocky Mount. The project included complete site analysis, alternative plans, master planning, cost estimates, phasing and detailed plans and construction documents, including site observation, for the first phase of construction.

Park facilities constructed included the basic infrastructure of roads, utilities and parking, nature trails and overlook, and a community pavillion and picnic area.
